new week means new posting..
A&E babeyhh (ACCIDENT & EMERGENCY) !
*alarr, yg somebody call 911 tue lar, then ambulance pun dataanggg, sambil berbunyik "niinoooo,niinooooooo...."*
it's very challenging because it's about the all new fresh cases..
and it's true, it's about he FIRST RESPONSE !!
first response in order to save people's life..
when we talk about new fresh cases, i mean those cases where we still not yet divide them into specific case, for eg. medical, surgical, or etc..
*haaaaa, jgn ingat sayur2, ikan2, yg kat pasar tue jew yg de fresh2 tau..kt hospital pun de ! ;pppp *
at A&E posting, need to catch up soo many things..
too many procedures to be done by the end of this posting..
forgot to mention earlier, this is where you can easily see trauma cases or accident cases..
seriously 1 of the 2 things i really wish will never bumped into for the rest of my life..
